Why are your prices lower than the big companies?
We're a local, independent Bay Area company without the big-network overhead — and we publish the savings instead of hiding prices behind a quote form. SFO to downtown SF in Business Class is $119 here vs. $159 at Blacklane; Luxury SUV $139 vs. $185; First Class $165 vs. $215. Same classes, same standard, lower flat rate — shown before you book.
What does the price include?
Everything for the ride itself: vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls, parking and airport fees. Add-ons are priced on the page too — meet & greet +$40, extra stop +$20, child seat free. No surge pricing, and the price is locked at booking.
Is there a minimum fare?
Yes — $90 on every ride, in every class, even a one-mile trip. The calculator never shows less than $90, which is why the shortest hops (SJC to San Jose, OAK to Oakland) sit at $90.
What's the difference between the classes?
Business Class is a luxury sedan — Mercedes-Benz EQE or similar — for up to 3 passengers and 2 bags. First Class is the flagship sedan — Mercedes-Benz S-Class or similar — also 3 passengers and 2 bags, with the quietest cabin. Luxury SUV — Cadillac Escalade, GMC Yukon XL Denali, Chevrolet Suburban or similar — seats 5–6 with 5–6 bags. As with the big networks, the exact vehicle is assigned by availability; no specific car is promised.
My route isn't in the rate table — what do I pay?
Type the actual pickup and drop-off addresses in the calculator. Addresses outside the published table are priced by real road distance and drive time, shown before you book — still all-inclusive, still locked, still no surge, with the $90 minimum fare.
Do you track my flight?
Yes. Add your flight number when you book any airport pickup and your chauffeur monitors it live, adjusting pickup timing for early arrivals and delays at no extra charge.
How long will the chauffeur wait?
60 minutes of free wait is included at airports (plenty for bags and customs) and 15 minutes free at all other pickups and hourly stops.
Curbside or meet & greet — what's the difference?
Curbside is included: your chauffeur waits at the designated pickup area and you meet at the curb — fastest out of the airport. Meet & greet (+$40): your chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a name sign and helps with luggage to the car.
How does hourly billing work?
By class: Business Class $90/hr and First Class $150/hr with a 2-hour minimum; Luxury SUV $110/hr with a 3-hour minimum. Each booked hour includes 20 miles — so 5 hours includes 100 miles. Additional miles are $5 each. One booking covers multiple stops and waiting time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 1 hour before your pickup time. After that, the booked flat rate applies.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — free on request. Tick the child seat add-on in the calculator and note the child's age in the booking notes so the right seat is in the vehicle.
Where do you pick up?
Anywhere in San Francisco, the Peninsula, Silicon Valley and the East Bay — homes, offices, hotels and all three Bay Area airports, plus Monterey, Napa and Sacramento on the flat-rate table.
